I love LOVE. Always have. But the past two decades of Self reflection and Inner work, have shown me that there is only one real kind of LOVE and that is the unconditional kind. I had to call my own bullshit on a lot of my “loving” actions of the past when I realised they were not so “unconditional” as I thought they were. LOVE is such a powerful gift and I am striving to always come from that place throughout all my actions. Simple but not always easy.

Nature brings me peace and restores my balance. When I am in Costa Rica, I feel must more in touch with myself and my needs. What a beautiful free resource we have in the abundant energy of Nature. What a blessing!

Rest is my Super Power, and I am so proud of myself to have finally fully accepted that I love to sleep, I love to nap and I love to rest :-)

Everyone is uniquely different but now that I no longer associate my love of sleep with laziness, procrastination or numbing I see how powerful it is to listen to your body and respect it needs, Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually.

If these past two decades have taught me anything, it is to put Loving Myself as my primary Practice. Especially going through stressful times like being in the scary dental chair for days on end, Self Love is what keeps me balanced and strong.

Courage to be vulnerable for me means to respect my self and my needs. I allowed myself to be vulnerable throughout my Dental Travel experience and as a Leader I created a Team around me of friends, family and a knowledgeable and trustworthy Dental Clinic to support me in creating an empowering Life Experience.
